The delivery in detail

At the moment we only deliver in mainland France — the European territory of France.

Our team is working hard to be able to deliver, very soon, everywhere in Europe.

For shipments to remote areas or that are difficult to access (like islands and mountains, including Corsica), an additional fee will be applied. Delays may also apply. Please have a look at these conditions for more information

To make your life easier, there are many options for the delivery of your pack:

  • at the address of your choice — home, concierge, neighbour, safe place, etc. ; or
  • at a local Pickup point — Post Office or “Pickup network” point.

The Pickup network includes more than 16 000 nearby stores (library, florist, bar, tobacco shop, press vendor) and 400 automated lockers (located in train or bus stations, shopping centres, etc.) where you can collect your parcels when it suits you.

You can, and you must, choose a delivery date when placing an order. That’s what makes MondoPal so convenient.

We have partnered up with Chronopost, the French leader in express delivery, to deliver to you 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.

In case you need your pack quickly, just choose the next available day in the calendar for an express delivery — in most cases you would enjoy next-day delivery, but for orders placed on weekends, during bank holidays or after 1 p.m., the earliest delivery date might be 2 or 3 days later.

If you’re planning ahead and want to make sure your packs arrive on your move-in day, when placing your order, you can choose a specific delivery date up to 6 months in advance.

Whatever you choose, express delivery or at a specific date, no additional fee will be added.

With our partner carrier Chronopost, we make premium the new normal. On the Chronopost website, up to 1 hour before delivery, you can:

  • reschedule your delivery for a later date — up to 6 working days;
  • choose a different location — such as a Pickup point or a safe place; or
  • add a delivery instruction.

Delivery is free for all orders above 100 €!

For orders below 100 €, delivery at a local Pickup costs 5,90 €, and home delivery is 9,90 €.

No extra charge, not even for next-day or Saturday deliveries, or when rescheduling a delivery.

Your pack will be delivered from Monday to Saturday, and more precisely on the day you have selected when placing your order.

Delivery will take place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m., and in most cases on a 1-hour slot. You will be informed of the dedicated slot by email the same morning around 7 a.m. by Chronopost. Deliveries where you have to stay half a day at home, it’s a thing of the past. Now, you can organise your day as you want.

Please be aware that due to reasons beyond the driver’s control such as traffic conditions, weather, etc., occasionally the delivery time or day may differ than originally planned but we will inform you of any difficulties in delivering your order.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Then, from the processing of your order to its delivery, you will be kept informed of every step by email.

As soon as your pack has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your parcel, change the delivery date, modify the delivery location or even add delivery instructions at your convenience from the Chronopost website.

And finally, on the day of delivery, you can enjoy real-time tracking of your parcel on the Chronopost website whilst it is out for delivery.
